Wangechi Mutu: Intertwined
The New Museum presents the most complete survey of Wangechi Mutu's practice from the mid-1990s to today. The exhibition traces the connections between recent developments in Mutu's sculptural practice, and her decades-long exploration of the legacies of colonialism, globalisation, and African and diasporic cultural traditions.
