Marie Le Lievre completed a Master of Fine Arts with distinction at the University of Canterbury in 2008. Since then she has exhibited steadily throughout New Zealand and in Australia, France and Japan. Her work is in a wide range of private and public collections. Her work is currently receiving a lot of attention and features on the cover of two current magazines: Art News New Zealand and Takahe. She is also identified as one of five artists to watch in the current issue of HOME magazine.
