Dirimart is pleased to announce Güçlü Öztekin's solo exhibition titled I, a New Brave World, which will be held at Dirimart Pera between 9 November and 10 December 2023. Showcasing the artist's recent works, the exhibition welcomes the audience to two different worlds, bringing together Öztekin's paintings on craft papers, new canvas pieces and notebooks.

I, a New Brave World invites the audience to accompany the change, which Güçlü Öztekin defines as a new period that his artistic practice has been going through. In the exhibition, the artist brings together two different worlds in the same space—his latest works painted on craft paper, a classic in his practice, and his new canvas paintings. An integral part of Öztekin's practice, his notebooks, on the other hand, create a bond that connects the worlds between the real and the imaginary.

I, a New Brave World, a show between two different worlds, offers the audience and the artist a new perspective on the future.
