This work by the noise musician, C-Botsu, is drawn on pages from a household accounting notebook. Like noise, traces of the headers, 'income', 'food expenses' and 'total expenses', are hidden under superimposing lines. In many ways, his works resonate with his music. Scattered and ambiguated, his works, (which typically carry absurdist titles), simultaneously attract and repel any clear associations. Courtesy √K Contemporary.
