Born in Tokyo. Completed the Master's Program at the Graduate School of Arts, University of Tsukuba in 1989. 2003-2004 stayed in New York for overseas training for emerging artists of the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Currently living in New York.

Works are stored in the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, Nerima Art Museum, Seoul Museum of Photography, etc.
