Olaf Breuning is a Swiss born, New York based artist. After studying photography, Breuning began working across multiple media including sculpture, video, performance, installation, and drawing, creating works that often reference popular culture and are inherently kitsch in appearance.

The artist’s work is held in collections at the Kunsthaus Zürich, the National Gallery of Victoria, Australia; the Louisiana Museum, Copenhagen; the Ellipse Foundation, Portugal; and the Collezione La Gaia, Italy, among many others.
