SUN CHOI

Sun Choi (b.1973) graduated with BFA in painting from Hongik University. He is a recipient of the 6thChong Kun Dang Art Award (2017) and the Grand Prize of the 12th SongEun Art Award (2012). He held solo exhibitions at CR Collective, Seoul (2017), SongEun Art Space, Seoul (2015), BankART Studio NYK, Yokohama (2013), and participated in exhibitions at Kumho Museum of Art (2018), Seoul Olympic Museum of Art (2016), Buk Seoul Museum of Art (2014), and Fukudake House Asian Art Platform, Setouchi Triennale (2013), among many. Choi's work is included in notable collections including Sigg Collection, Seoul Museum of Art, and Museum of Contemporary Art Busan.
