Duddell’s Presents: ICA Off-Site: Hong Kongese identified with the evolving nature of Hong Kong, displaying works in a variety of media including photography, painting and sculpture. The exhibition showcased acclaimed local and international artists whose work responds to diverse cosmopolitan cities and the conditions that signal change. Each artist offered differing viewpoints relating to social, economic and political transformation.

“This is an exhibition of local and international contemporary artists whose work is inspired by our ever-changing world and the cosmopolitan centres in which they live. A large commercial neon sign from Hong Kong’s recent past introduces the exhibition which captures the flux of everyday life, both locally and globally,” commented Muir, co-curator of Hong Kongese.
