As Seoul becomes the centre of the art world's attention in the lead-up to September fairs Kiaf and Frieze, Perrotin have announced the opening of their second gallery in the city.

Perrotin has long been a figure in Seoul's art scene, having opened their first outpost in the city in 2016. An influx of blue-chip galleries has since followed—including, most recently, Gladstone Gallery and Thaddaeus Ropac—joining an array of impressive artists, collectors, and local galleries who are making waves in the city.

Los Angeles-based artist Emma Webster is set to open the Gangnam space, bringing her natural and mystifying vistas to both Korea and Perrotin for the first time.
