Press Release

MARCH is a walk through the rowdy echoes of the past voices. This project quests the forgotten feelings and unrecorded memories on power and resistance hidden behind tone cyphers. The endeavor to remember is a journey through the wilderness of echoes with many turns and dead ends, not only swarmed by explosions from the past, but also deceived by soft murmur lingered in the recess of one’s ear.

BAIK ART Jakarta is pleased to present MARCH, a solo exhibition by Jompet Kuswidananto, presenting faint voices trapped between the steady march of Indonesia’s historical journey.
