This shows us the close relationship established between the human race and mother nature.
Read MoreIn a continuous purification of forms, Cesc Abad elevates the figure of the man and their personal relationships to main characters, thus giving them the main role, as if it were a play. It shows us scenes that, far away from being customary, they become an exhibition of doubts, desires and lusts of the human being.
Light appears as a backbone element between man and wisdom, which at the same time provides knowledge and doubts. Doubts that we all have at the moment of making decisions and that shows us the weaknesses of the Human nature. The foundation of our civilization is based on the philosophy of observation and reason, and therefore, of knowledge. This path traveled by man during centuries leads to the raising of existential and natural doubts, promoting the emergence of conflict. A conflict that leads us to make multiple questions to make decisions.
Part of our philosophy is also structured thanks to mimesis, imitating not only to nature to seek beauty, but also by imitating actions and relationships human. Cesc Abad's divans show a mimicry of love, lust and of desire, where the concept of wisdom and existential doubts appear in the sails and multiple limbs, respectively.
