HYE KYOUNG KWON Biography

In contemporary art, I am exploring and expanding new possibilities of painting by observing phenomena happening around me and concretizing them into works through the exploration of questions and doubts. Notable solo exhibitions include (Gallery chosun, Seoul, 2018), (Hapjeong District, Seoul, 2019), (Space Can, Seoul, 2020), and (Boan1942 Art Space Boan 2, Seoul, 2021). Major group exhibitions include (Academy of Arts, Berlin, Germany, 2015), (Geumho Art Museum, Seoul, 2018), and (Suwon City Art Museum-Art Space Gwanggyo, Suwon, 2021) among others.
