Jürgen Partenheimer (1947, DE), who studied in the USA, Germany, Mexico and France, counts among the outstanding artists of his generation. His visual language, the particular form of poetic abstraction, creates a system of open boundaries: painting and sculpture, work on paper, prints, books and texts. Abstraction and poetic minimalism, Jürgen Partenheimer´s work, which is significant and unique, conjures up effects of great beauty and thoughtfulness in both the eye and the mind.
