Trained as a painter, Rosemary Laing has explored conceptually based photography and performance since the 1980’s. She has exhibited extensively in Australia and across the United States, Europe and Asia. In 2007 a solo exhibition of her work was presented at Frist Centre for the Visual Arts, Tennessee, USA. In 2009 her work was included in Trouble in Paradise: Examining Discord between Nature and Society at the Tuscon Miseum of Art, Tuscon, Arizona, USA.
