Olivia Van Kuiken Biography

Olivia van Kuiken’s paintings and drawings dramatise the invigorating, yet attenuating, exchanges between thought, material and image. Her work sutures referential material within expressively fashioned fields, in turn invoking abstraction’s supplication to language and other semiotic systems.
