Press Release

Now on view at our London gallery through 22 August, ‘Flora’ is Andreas Diaz Andersson’s new solo exhibition.

Working across textiles, acrylic, Plasticolor, and aerosol paint on canvas, Andersson creates meticulously constructed minimalist abstractions that explore the depth of perception. His textile works are composed of parallel woven coloured threads that, through their precise and even spacing, form subtle interplays. Within these ordered structures, delicate floral compositions gradually emerge when viewed from a distance, balancing geometric precision with organic form. This dichotomy conveys the rigid methodical act of threading each line while maintaining the beauty. of softer, rounder shapes. Andersson’s work reveals ever-greater complexity through sustained observation.
