Capitain Petzel is pleased to announce Seven-Up – a presentation of works by seven artists initially conceived to be shown at this year’s iteration of FIAC at the Grand Palais in Paris. Due to the current situation (and consequent cancellation of art fairs around the world) the gallery has decided to simulate a fair booth in its souterrain. The presentation is titled after the new painting by Charline von Heyl. Furtherworks by Isabella Ducrot, Wade Guyton, Martin Kippenberger, Tobias Pils, Pieter Schoolwerth and Amy Sillman will also be on view.

Capitain Petzel is a joint venture between Cologne’s Galerie Gisela Capitain and New York’s Petzel Gallery. Established in 2008, it occupies the Soviet-era modernist gallery space of the former Kunst im Heim on central Berlin’s iconic Karl-Marx-Allee.
