About the Artist

Yuma Kishi considers AI, not as something that imitates people, but as an alien intelligence from another dimension. By installing this intelligence in his own body and lending it as a substitute, he creates works that place digital intelligence and the analog body in a parallel relationship.

About Art Osaka 2024

The contemporary art fair, Art Osaka 2024, is the longest-running art fair in Japan, and has become known to all as an event to witness the growth of young and center-stage artists. The fair will be held from Thursday–Monday, 18–22 July 2024.

Visitors will again be offered the opportunity to tour the three venues in two locations: Nakanoshima (Galleries section), a prominent cultural area in Osaka, and Kitakagaya (Expanded section), an outlying area full of creativity.
