In Conversation with...Gavin Turk is the fifth installment of our ongoing series of artist interviews. In this episode, Gavin Turk tells us about his new exhibition Letting Go. The artist talks about his ideas regarding the term ‘value’, consuming and his fascination with the plastic water bottle.
