Spinello Projects is a Miami-based contemporary art program founded in 2005. It is a gallery, and an innovative platform for nomadic site-specific and curatorial projects. Its mission: to initiate fundamental changes in Miami’s visual landscape and to present new aesthetic challenges to a broader global viewership.
Spinello Projects is a project incubator. It manifests and produces socio-political projects. Public institutions have housed both works and projects from Spinello Projects’ roster including the Palais de Tokyo, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, MOMA/P.S.1, Ballroom Marfa, Tel-Aviv Museum of Art, Denver Art Museum, Warhol Museum, The Bass Museum, ICA Miami, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), ICA Miami, Rubell Museum, De La Cruz Collection and the Faena Arts Center (Miami / Buenos Aires).
