Clément Rodzielski Biography

Clement Rodzielski queries the original meaning of images through their channels of distribution and reproduction. His work, combining different media, playing complex processes and precise cuts unfolds in plants with a delicate and elegant formalism. According to principles of duplication and re-presentation of the images used, the artist poses a reflection of the tumult of images from visual communication.

His work has been show in international solo exhibitions, including: Musée d’Art moderne de la Ville de Paris, France (2017); Villa Arson, Nice, France (2015); CNEAI, Chatou, France (2014); Indipendenza, Rome, Italy (2014); Galerie Chantal Crousel, Paris, France (2013); Julie et sa cousine, Ecole Supérieure d’Art de Clermont Métropole, Clermont Ferrand, France (2012); Monnaie de nécessité, La Douane/Galerie Chantal Crousel, Paris, France (2011); Bring Home the Oranges, Sutton Lane, London, UK (2011); Die Menschen finden sich in dieser Welt zum Leben, Chert Gallery, Berlin, Germany (2010); Spector, Federico Bianchi Contemporary Art, Lecco, Italy (2009); Miroirs noirs, Galerie RLBQ, Marseille, France (2008); Le nom de l’île, Bétonsalon, Paris, France (2005).
