The young artist Maja Behrmann works with a growing collection of shapes which she is developing steadily with different materials and examines their interactions. She combines them, cuts into them or dyes them. These seemingly simple basic forms are becoming complex figurations that invoke relationship patterns. Who is supporting whom? What are the conditions for closeness? The artist herself describes it this way: „A construct of deputies, an idealized pattern, a fabric of organized principles and structures."
