Fascinated by reflections, lights, and the dialogue taking place between photographs, Serge Clément invents mysterious and poetic pictures.
His own vision on Hong Kong, enigmatic and condensed, quiet and deep, illustrates his capacity to bring us to the space between reality and fiction. His last work, “courants ~ contre-courants,” is a complex installation project including two photography books and a publication by the Editions Marval (Paris). Serge Clément has received several grants from the Canada Art Council and the Quebec Arts and Letters Council.
