Since 2001, the SONGEUN ArtAward has supported Korean contemporary artists through a fair and transparent evaluation process every year and one of the major benefits for the Grand Prize Winner is a solo exhibition in our entire space. YoungEun Kim is the recipient of the 17th SongEun ArtAward in 2017 and we are very proud to present Frames of Sound, the first solo exhibition of these series in our new space.

YoungEun Kim is a contemporary sound artist renowned for her pioneering work exploring the social and political dimensions of listening and sound, awarded the ACC Future Prize in 2026 and recognised for major institutional exhibitions worldwide.
