Rachel Jones‘s kaleidoscopic, sprawling canvas A Slow Teething (2020) is the top lot up for auction at Sotheby’s on Wednesday, followed by the canvases of Jadé Fadojutimi, Shara Hughes, and Flora Yukhnovich.
Since graduating from the esteemed postgraduate programme at London’s Academy Schools in 2019, Jones has gone from strength to strength.
With a solo show at Thaddaeus Ropac under her belt at the end of last year and a solo exhibition at London’s Chisenhale Gallery opening on 12 March, this will most definitely not be the last time Jones headlines at auction.
