KAWS takes over Serpentine North Gallery in London with a show-stopping presentation of sculptures and paintings.

Developed with Acute Art and the video game Fortnite, AR works can be viewed through a downloaded app as well as the game, where millions of players are able to experience a digital version of the exhibition.

Daniel Birnbaum, artistic director of Acute Art and curator of New Fiction, noted that the Fortnite collaboration could see the exhibition become the most attended ever. With over 100 million Fortnite players globally, the exhibition ‘will reach an audience ten times bigger than the Venice Biennale’.
