This September marks the opening of Aythamy Armas’ first solo exhibition at the Palaude Casavells, closing the cycle of exhibitions of the season in the countryside gallery of Alzueta Gallery.

Lustro celebrates five years of artistic collaboration with the Canarian artist. The title notonly refers to the five-year period we are commemorating but also evokes sheen and theact of polishing ( ́lustrar ́ in Spanish: to polish, to care for, to appreciate, to love). In thissense, the exhibition offers an intimate and reflective journey through the works createdduring this period, exploring the technical, aesthetic, and conceptual concepts that havenurtured his artistic evolution.
