Special Screening and Conversation with May Adadol Ingawanij, Hung Duong, and Korakrit Arunanondchai

BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY presents Breath Between Screens, a special screening and conversation accompanying Korakrit Arunanondchai’s solo exhibition Love After Death (2026).

Taking Love After Death as its point of departure, the conversation explores ghosts as manifestations of collective fear and desire, and the relationship between moving images, spirits, and the spaces they inhabit. Through its translucent screen, sound, light, and spatial arrangement, the installation transforms the gallery into a cinematic body, bringing images, memories, stories, and the bodies of viewers into a shared experience.

The discussion considers how the intensity of this collective experience might become a space of rehearsal for encounters with power. Bringing together bodies, feelings, and an atmosphere of spirits, the work creates a sense of anticipation in which the possibilities of collective energy, vulnerability, and transformation remain open.

The program begins with a special screening of Love After Death (2026), followed by a conversation and audience Q&A.
