About Art Osaka 2025

Art Osaka 2025 will be held from 5 to 9 June, taking place across two distinctive venues in the city.

The Galleries section will be held at the Osaka City Central Public Hall in Nakanoshima from 7 to 8 June. This booth-style fair will feature 44 galleries from Japan and abroad, all set within the elegant, historical atmosphere of a landmark building from the early 20th century.

Meanwhile, the Expanded section will run from 5 to 9 June at the Creative Center Osaka in Kitakagaya. Set in a former shipyard turned cultural venue, this section will showcase large-scale, experimental, and site-specific works presented by 19 galleries, creating an immersive and dynamic environment.

As a key fixture in Japan’s contemporary art scene, Art Osaka continues to foster artistic innovation and deepen the connection between audiences and the evolving voices of contemporary art.
