FRIEZE NEW YORK 2025

Among the works on view are paintings and sculpture in dialogue with concurrent solo museum exhibitions. Karma will present a recent sculpture in walnut by Thaddeus Mosley at Frieze, which coincides with his exhibition Proximity at Karma, as well as a forthcoming installation of new bronzes at City Hall Park on June 3, organised by Public Art Fund. The historic 1958 painting by Gertrude Abercrombie, Owl for Emil, will be shown at Frieze during the final month of the artist’s survey The Whole World Is a Mystery at the Carnegie Museum of Art, on view through June 1. In advance of Ann Craven’s Painted Time (2020–2024), opening May 3 at the Farnsworth Art Museum, Karma presents a painting of the moon made this year by the artist. A new sculptural basket by Jeremy Frey will be on view ahead of his forthcoming solo exhibition Woven at the Bruce Museum, opening June 5.
