Lisson Gallery is delighted to present a selection of works that will be on view on our Frieze Seoul booth and at our pop-up exhibition 'Time Curve' at EUM The Place this September.
Lisson Gallery is returning to Frieze Seoul for the fair's second edition with a presentation of new and historical painting, sculpture and works on paper by its artists. Alongside a monumental Time Waterfall by Tatsuo Miyajima, large-scale sculpture by Anish Kapoor and curved canvas paintings by Joanna Pousette-Dart, highlights include work by Cory Arcangel, Tony Cragg, Sarah Cunningham, Ryan Gander, Hugh Hayden, Jason Martin, Haroon Mirza, Otobong Nkanga, Julian Opie, Laure Prouvost, Wael Shawky, Cheyney Thompson and more.
Running from 2–10 September, in tandem with the 2023 edition of Frieze Seoul, Lisson Gallery is pleased to present 'Time Curve', a group exhibition at EUM The Place in Seoul's Bukchon area. Featuring a series of works by established and emerging gallery artists – including Sarah Cunningham, Ryan Gander, Shirazeh Houshiary, Anish Kapoor, Otobong Nkanga – the presentation centres around the theme of time, the value we ascribe to it, and our alternate perceptions of its passing.
