Creating a photorealistic installation reminiscent of trompe l’oeil upon the walls of Kashi Art Gallery, he dramatises the space between perception and interpretation. Abir Karmakar won the 1st Asia Future Award for his work in Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2016 titled ‘Home’.
