MARTI FRIEDLANDER
b. 1928, New ZealandSince the early 1960s Marti Friedlander has documented the lives of New Zealanders and the country’s changing social and cultural values in numerous images that are remarkable for their objectivity and insight.
Friedlander worked as a portrait photographer in London (1946-1957) and has work in the collection of the Museum of New Zealand - Te Papa Tongarewa.
