Press Release

Madeleine Moment: The Technology of Memory and Sentiment Part II is co-organised by the Live Forever Foundation, which has endeavoured in integrating natural ecology and art, and TheCube Project Space, which has continuously promoted contemporary art.

Curated by Amy Cheng, who was a member of the jury committee at the 2017 Venice Biennale, the exhibition features five artists: Tarek Atoui (Beirut), Chiu Ming-Chin, Jao Chia-En, Lee Kit (Hong Kong), and Heidi Voet (Brussels). The exhibition explores how people’s collective memory and sentiment become intricately linked with everyday objects and the sounds created with these objects.

On view at Vital Space, the exhibition runs from 4 July to 29 October 2023.
