Pilar Corrias has announced worldwide representation of Oslo-based painter Ragna Bley. Her first exhibition with the London-based gallery will show in summer 2022.
Receiving her MFA in Painting from London’s Royal College of Art in 2015, Ragna Bley has established a practice painting with acrylic on sailcloth to capture billowing forms. Large pools of vivid, saturated hues sit alongside areas left bare, articulating the sensuous forms of colour left behind in the process.
Horizon, Mother is on view in the gallery’s Art Basel Miami Beach presentation this week.
