STATION is delighted to present Three Movements - an exhibition of new work by Juan Davila in collaboration with Kalli Rolfe Contemporary Art. Coinciding with the artist’s presentation at the Biennale of Sydney, Davila continues to use the medium of painting to engage in debates around aesthetics, politics and sexuality.

About the Artist

Juan Dávila was born in Chile in 1946 and moved to Melbourne in 1974. He soon established himself as a significant presence on the Australian and international art scene. His work was the subject of a survey exhibition at the Drill Hall Gallery, in Canberra in 2002, and a major retrospective exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney in 2006 and National Gallery of Victoria in 2007.
