STANLEY PALMER
Stanley Palmer is a popular New Zealand painter and printmaker. He rose to prominence with his distinctive bamboo etchings of the landscape around Auckland and Coromandel. Later these naturalist subjects were continued in his colourful and accessible paintings.
Palmer was a founding member of the New Zealand Contemporary Medallion Group in 1989.
