Art Dubai Announces 2025 Exhibitors
By Phoebe Bradford – 7 January 2025, Dubai

Art Dubai has announced the exhibitors for its upcoming fair, running from 18 to 20 April 2025. The full roster of 109 galleries, from more than 50 cities, includes returning participants, such as Almine Rech, Experimenter and Sabrina Amrani, alongside first-time exhibitors, which include the likes of Bortolami, Cortesi Gallery, Cristina Guerra Contemporary Art, and Don Gallery.

Building on its previous edition, the fair boasts a strong presence of Dubai-based galleries, such as Ayyam Gallery and Lawrie Shabibi, while increasingly highlighting Emirati and UAE-based artists, as well as established and emerging artists from across the Gulf, Africa, and South Asia.

Dubai’s prominence at the centre of the Middle East’s art market continues to flourish, with the city’s cultural scene hosting events like Al Marmoom: Film in the Desert and the Sikka Art and Design Festival.

‘The line-up demonstrates the growing interest in this region’s art scene whilst staying true to Art Dubai’s DNA as a place for discoveries,’ said Pablo del Val, Art Dubai’s artistic director, in a statement.

‘In an increasingly challenging world, these artists and galleries play such an important role in telling the stories of the migrations and exchanges that are shaping the future world around us,’ del Val added.

Gallery presentations will fall across four sections: Contemporary, Bawwaba (‘gateway’ in Arabic) curated by Mirjam Varadinis, Modern curated by Magalí Arriola and Nada Shabout, and Digital curated by Gonzalo Herrero Delicado.
