Press Release

In times where feminism is being reimagined, Bailly Gallery invites you to discover the online exhibition Women Unveiled. The nude has been a subject of artistic choice since antiquity and had evolved greatly, throughout the centuries reaching a true revolution in the 20th century as artists such as Paul Sérusier, Jean Fautrier and Pablo Picasso reinvented its form of expression. The variety of poses and techniques accentuate the central role occupied by women as muses, models as well as mythical figures.
