India Red 192 – Dissolution (2026) is a process-based work on paper by British artist Lucinda Burgess, developed during her residency at The Josef and Anni Albers Foundation. The work comprises seven vertical strips of paper covered with wax pencil in the colour ‘India Red 192’. These have been submerged in Atlantic seawater, allowing salt, humidity, and time to act directly upon the surface.
