DE SARTHE’s represented artist Mak2 is showing in ‘Hong Kong Café (Cha Chaan Teng)’ organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board at Art Basel Miami Beach.

Mak2’s ‘Sweet Home Invasion’ takes viewers through a virtual walkthrough of a whimsical version of Art Basel, filled only with the artist’s iconic Home Sweet Home paintings. An upbeat AI-generated jingle reminiscent of supermarket or discount store music plays in the background of the Cha Chaan Teng at Art Basel Miami Beach, serenading viewers with lyrics of the artist’s own shameless self-promotion.

‘Hong Kong Café (Cha Chaan Teng)’ is on view at Plaza B, Art Basel Miami Beach.
