Anya Kielar received her MFA from Columbia University, New York, NY in 2005 and a BFA from The Cooper Union School of Art, New York, NY in 2002. Kielar has had recent solo and two-person exhibitions at Document Gallery, Chicago, IL (2023); Pioneer Works, New York, NY (2022); Livie Fine Art, Zurich, Switzerland (2022); and Rachel Uffner Gallery, New York, NY (2021). Her work has been included in recent group exhibitions at Mindy Solomon Gallery, Miami, FL (2024); Angers Musée des Beaux-Arts, Angers, France (2023); Rachel Uffner Gallery, New York, NY (2023); and Kasmin, New York, NY (2022). Her work is included in the permanent collections of the Aishti Foundation, Beirut, Lebanon; the Christian Dior Art Collection, Paris; the Dikeou Collection, Denver; the Henry Art Gallery, Seattle, WA; the New Century Art Foundation, Singapore; the Rubell Family Collection, Miami, FL; the Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery, Saratoga Springs, NY; and the Zabludowicz Collection, London. Kielar lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
