BOSHUDHARA MUKHERJEE
Boshudhara Mukherjee works primarily with oil and acrylic on canvas. Her work investigates the more fluid nature of what is usually a static medium by deconstructing the works, and reconstructing them- weaving, and assembling the canvases together again.
Born in Kurseong, Darjeeling, W. Bengal, India, 1983. In 2008 she completed a Master’s of Visual Arts, Painting, 1st Class, M.S. University, Baroda, India. In 2006 she completed a Bachelor’s of Visual Arts, Painting, 1st Class, M.S. University, Baroda, India.
