USA born, Paris based visual artist Eric Baudelaire explores the relationship between images and events, documents and narratives, through a variety of media including film, photography, print, and installation. Baudelaire’s work engages with the histories of cinema, images, and violence by or against the state. Several of the artists works visit the recurring theme of radical militancy in an effort to provoke a subtle sympathy and a means of understanding the complexity of contemporary life.
