Deeply involved in the reflection on the medium itself, Guillermo Pfaff explores with his painting issues related to the pictorial object, its narrative ability, the social use or the learning processes, among others. These ongoing checks, place him in a position that varies continuously between claim and questioning of the own pictorial language.Having lived in Paris, Berlin and Madrid, Pfaff now lives and works in Barcelona, where has his studio. In 2009 obtained a grant of residence in Hangar (Barcelona) and in 2011 was selected for a stay in centre Shin Minatomura of Japan and participate in the Yokohama Triennale. He was also selected in 2011 to present his work at the meeting of the Curator’s Network platform at Matadero (Madrid). The artwork can be delivered to your doorstep by special Art transport.
