Her maximalist work is inspired by historic herbariums, patterned surfaces from around the world, ornate architectural elements, stained-glass windows, paintings from every time period, but first and foremost by nature. There is a directness to the link between botany and the cyanotype photogram technique because of the physical plant leaving its mark.
