LUISE FONG
In the 1990s, Luise Fong developed a distinctive post-modern practice. Her evocative and stained abstract paintings allude to a micro and macro world, characterised by an aesthetic formalism. Fong graduated from Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland (1991) and her work is represented in the collection of Te Papa Tongarewa/Museum of New Zealand.
