Michael Kutschbach was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1975. He completed a BA, (Fine Art), VCA, Melbourne (1996); Master of Visual Art, South Australian School of Art (2004); MA Fine Art, Chelsea School of Art and Design, London (2006). Michael has exhibited in countries including London, Berlin, Milan & New York. Group exhibitions include DLA Piper Art Award, Sarah Myerscough Fine Art, London (2007); Video Invitational #3 (video in tutti i sensi), ViaFarini, Milan (2006); Rohkunstbau Xll (kinderszenen), Schloss Gross Leuthen, Germany (2005). Collections include Artbank, Art Gallery of South Australia and Ernst & Young Collection. Michael is currently living and working in Berlin, Germany.
