Press Release

This exhibition showcases the poignant and expressive prints of Tracey Emin, one of Britain’s most influential contemporary artists. Emin’s prints are characterized by raw lines, handwritten text, and an intimate, confessional style that reveals the complexities of human emotion and experience. Drawing on deeply personal themes—love, loneliness, memory, and desire—Emin’s work invites viewers into her world, where art becomes a form of self-exploration and vulnerability. Through her monoprints, lithographs, and etchings, Emin transforms moments from her life into universal reflections, offering a powerful, honest, and often unfiltered perspective that challenges and connects with her audience on an emotional level.

Tracey Emin was born in 1963 in London. She shares her time between the South of France and London. Emin’s art is one of disclosure, using her life events as inspiration for works ranging from painting, drawing, video and installation, to photography, needlework and sculpture.
