LU BOYU
Born in 1991 in Liaoning, Lu Boyu graduated from the visual communication department of the Dalian Industrial University in 2014.
Lu Boyu’s works often uses simple and narrative form to create conflicting feelings. He places daily goods into mechanical scenes, thus producing a new form of humor. Juxtaposing different objects, signifier and signified are counteracted, pervaded or modified, presenting new angles on our daily views.
